This is a Miller Engineering 441352 HO/N Scales Burma Shave Animated Neon Billboard - Light Works USA Small. Limited edition small N/HO scale animated billboard sign. Burma-Shave was introduced in 1925 by the Burma-Vita company. Burma-Shave became well known for their roadside signs. The signs originated in 1925, and remained a major advertising component until 1963.
