The Ford Ranger is an American pick-up car that was presented to the public for the first time in 1983. Its series production started in the same gloom and is still going on. The car was powered - depending on the version - with a relatively wide range of gasoline and diesel engines. The Ranger model was developed and put into production by the Ford Motor Company automotive concern, as a successor to the Courier model, and more precisely its production in 1972-1982. To some extent, it can also be assumed that the Ranger model was an evolutionary development of the company's famous F series. Initially, it was assumed that the Ranger model would be offered only in the North American market, but in 1998 it began selling in the USA and Canada. The Ford Ranger car has been offered so far mainly in two body versions, as a 2-door and a 4-door pick-up. The latest generation of this car has been produced since 2011, which is powered by one of several gasoline or diesel engines with a capacity of 2.2 to 3.2 liters. In 2015, the model underwent a facelift.
